We will test the limits of your current physical capabilities and force you to push through any current barriers you may have in your current game and conditioning status. We will train your mind to handle the demands and pressures that come along with professional level sports using the exact same methods Peter Twist has used to get over 150 aspiring athletes drafted into the NHL. 20,000 athletes have graduated the TWIST program to achieve varsity sport success at the collegiate and high school levels. 2,000 pro and Olympic athletes have been TWISTed. 4 Major league MVPs in three sports. Load Management

Expect a heavier and more explosive work volume combined with mandatory scheduled restorative to unload from each training demand, maximizing your body’s full capability without surpassing your tissue tolerance or burning out your mental capacity. TWIST’s Load Management strategies were adopted by the China Olympic program who partnered with TWIST to advantage athletes preparing for the RIO 2016 Summer Olympics and the 2018 Winter Games in South Korea.

Our schedules look different from other hockey camps for a reason – everything we unveil this season are proprietary secrets based on years of science and the intense collaboration with the top minds of the global sport science community. It is the exact same scheduling practice that has been applied in both the NHL and Olympic Games and is favoured by gold medalist and MVP players alike.

You will work more when players elsewhere may not and you will rest when they don’t. Training blocks of higher volume followed by more frequent rest – from that specific demand – allows your body to accrue more growth and improvement that training stimulated.

AS THIS WOULD DIRECTLY EFFECT THE COST OF THE CAMP AND QUALITY OF THE ON-ICE INSTRUCTION, WE HAVE OPTED TO OFFER DRY-LAND ONLY TRAINING THIS SUMMER.

WE HAVE BROUGHT IN NEW AND CUTTING EDGE EQUIPMENT TO ROUND OUT OUR CAMP AND PROVIDE OUR ATHLETES WITH AN EXCEPTIONAL CAMP EXPERIENCE!!

DRYLAND = BECOME EXPLOSIVE

The time you spend off the ice will be dedicated to developing body mass, being strong on your skates, confident to battle for positioning, protect the puck and deliver punishing checks.

Expect to increase your skating power, increase shot velocity and adopt quick twitch abilities, reacting faster in all situations. We’ll school your speed relentlessly yet with equal attention to deceleration – so you can break away from the pack accelerating – then stop on a dime to change direction immediately. Being fast + evasive = game highlight plays!

  • education and mentoring on holistic nutrition, mindset mastery, motivation, modern leadership.
