If you prefer to workout on your own but have no idea how to design a training program, let our Coaches do it for you. Each Custom Take-Home Program includes a complimentary consultation & assessment. Your Coach will design a program based on the equipment you have available and your personal fitness or athletic goals.
The monthly Flex Pass program includes a complimentary consultation & assessment, a customized training program and the flexibility to train in our gym on your own schedule. You can drop in to workout on your own and one of our Coaches will be on hand to answer questions or offer modifications if needed. *Some conditions apply
Our Nutrition Program will help you change your eating habits and teach you how to eat a balanced diet that is focused on whole, nutrient-dense food for optimal energy, health and vitality. Includes a consultation with one of our Coaches, shopping lists, pantry clean-out guide and dozens of healthy recipes.

Our Mental Performance Coaching will assist you in developing the skills necessary to optimize your performance, and ensure your best is delivered consistently. Skills often covered include: Competition stress & anxiety management, focus & concentration optimization, time management & organization, coping with set-backs, goal-setting and mindset training.
Mental Performance Coaching will help you overcome the mental barriers that are preventing you from building the habits, behaviours, and routines needed to achieve your goals and perform at a high level in your chosen sport or in your everyday life.
