HOW DO I JOIN?
If you’re an athlete aged 14 or older, you can apply for the program.
You will first need to be assessed by one of our High Performance Sport Coaches.
They will evaluate if you are a good candidate for the program and help you formulate a game plan for the demands of your sport.
