- 3 phases of programming customized to your schedule (games, practices, tournaments, etc.) and designed to help you PEAK when needed and avoid overtraining or burnout
- Your custom program targets the needs of your sport: speed, agility, quickness, reactivity, strength, power and conditioning to help you break through any previous plateaus. It also includes custom warm-ups and cool-downs to ensure optimal performance and increased recovery after sessions.
- “Skill & Drills” unique to your sport, built into your sessions to help you master technique
