Who is this camp for?

All lacrosse players who are looking to boost top-end speed on a clear, swiftness on a split dodge, or prevent being bodied off a ground ball that’s who!

WHY TRAIN WITH TWIST?

The demands of the game require specific training modes. Our team of elite strength and conditioning coaches have studied these modes for years and understand how to develop energy systems in lacrosse athletes to optimally prepare them for a successful season.

4 weeks of training

2 Age groups: 15 & under or advanced 16+

Session 1: Laying the foundation - stability, mobility, footwork

March 17 or March 19

Session 2: Muscular Strength & Agility

March 24 or March 26

Session 3: Explosive power

March 31 or April 2

Session 4: Maximium speed

April 7 to April 9
